A Little About Me

Alita (aka Ali) has been practising yoga since 2010 when she discover the practice in her native city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. When moving to Dublin in 2011, she continued with the practice and dug into many different yoga styles, including partner yoga (mixed of yoga and acrobatic movements). In 2017 Alita completed the 250hs Teacher Training in Samadhi in Temple Bar and she has been teaching private and group classes in different studios and corporate settings in Dublin since then.

Through meditation, yoga postures, standing and seating and different combination of movements (flow) and holding poses, Alita will help you find strength, flexibility and mindfulness within your own body.
